Privacy notice

What we collect

Your child's name, date of birth, football background, goals, and any medical or injury notes you give us, plus a parent's name, phone, email and suburb, and the payments and attendance for our programs.

Why

To run sessions safely, place your child in the right group, plan their training, contact you, and keep our accounts.

Where it is kept

In a private database hosted in Sydney, Australia. Only the two academy founders can log in.

Video clips

Video clips of training are stored privately in Sydney, Australia, only with your consent, and only academy staff can view them.

Training plans

To write a personalised training plan we send your child's first name, age, football details, goals and medical notes to Anthropic, an AI provider. We never send surnames or parent contact details.

Online registration

If you register through our website we collect the same details as above, plus your choice to pay a deposit or pay in full, and your agreement to our terms. To limit spam we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, never the address itself.

Xero (invoicing)

We use Xero to send invoices. Xero receives the parent's name, email and phone and the child's name, which appears on the invoice.

Stripe (card payments)

If you pay by card, you pay through the Xero invoice using Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep a family's records while the child is enrolled and afterwards for as long as we need them for our accounts and the law, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and the law allows it. Video clips are deleted when you withdraw consent.
