Day by Day Academy
Terms
These terms apply when you register a child with Day by Day Academy. By registering you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian.
Registration
Registering asks us to hold a place for your child. A place is confirmed once we receive the deposit or full payment shown on your invoice.
Deposit and fees
- A deposit holds your child's place. It is not refundable unless the academy cancels the program.
- The remaining balance is due by the date on your invoice.
- If you cancel before the program starts, tell us in writing. We will review any refund of the balance case by case and in line with consumer law.
- If we cancel the program, you will receive a full refund of what you have paid.
Cancellations by the academy
- We may cancel or move a session because of weather, safety or low numbers.
- We will tell you as early as we can.
- Sessions we cancel are made up at another time or credited to your account.
Conduct and safety
- Players are expected to listen to coaches and treat others with respect.
- Parents should stay in the agreed spectator area and let the coaches coach.
- We may ask a player to sit out or leave a session if their behaviour puts others at risk.
Medical information and emergencies
- Tell us about any medical condition, injury or allergy before the first session, and keep it up to date.
- In an emergency we will call an ambulance and then contact your emergency contact.
- You agree to us seeking urgent medical help for your child if we cannot reach you.
Photos and video
- Photo and video consent is optional and you can choose not to give it.
- If you give consent, we may use photos and video of your child on our website and social media.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using new material.
Privacy
We collect your family's details only to run the program, send invoices and keep players safe. We do not sell your information. See our privacy page for more.
